Terms of Service

These terms apply to Germey Tech software services, including Ace Data Cloud API access, developer tools, data automation, and technical integration support.

1. Service

Germey Technology, LLC builds and operates Ace Data Cloud, a developer platform for AI APIs, model access, data automation, documentation, usage records, and integration tooling. Customers purchase software services, API access packages, onboarding, and related technical support.

2. Subscription access

Each order corresponds to a named software service, API access package, technical support scope, or service period. Payment activates or renews online access to the selected service. Service access is not cash, electronic money, a prepaid payment instrument, a stored-value product, a wallet balance, a gift card, a money transmission service, or a currency exchange service.

3. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for account credentials, authorized users, uploaded business content, and lawful use of the service.

4. Acceptable use

Customers may not use Germey Tech for illegal activity, fraud, phishing, spam, malware, adult content, gambling, regulated financial services, lending, investment activity, cryptocurrency trading, currency exchange, remittance, stored-value operations, or user-to-user payment activity.

5. Payments

Prices are shown before purchase or in a commercial quotation. Payments are accepted only for Germey Tech software services, Ace Data Cloud API access packages, onboarding, commercial invoice handling, and related technical support services.

6. Delivery

The service is delivered online. After payment confirmation, access instructions or commercial delivery details are sent by email. Depending on the plan, delivery may include Ace Data Cloud console access, API integration guidance, documentation, usage records, and technical support during the active service period.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Customers may cancel renewal by contacting support. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy.

8. Availability

We use reasonable efforts to maintain service availability. Maintenance, third-party infrastructure events, security incidents, or updates may affect availability.
