Eligible cases
- Duplicate payment for the same subscription plan.
- Payment succeeded but account access or the selected model-request allowance cannot be activated and we cannot resolve it within three business days.
- Cancellation request is received within seven days of the first purchase and the subscription has not been materially used.
- The wrong subscription plan was purchased and the customer requests correction before meaningful use.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds are generally not available after model requests have been consumed, after custom onboarding has been delivered, after substantial technical support has been provided, or where the account was suspended for violating the Terms of Service.
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. We do not issue refunds as cash balance, wallet credit, stored value, cryptocurrency, third-party transfer, or any substitute payment instrument.
How to request
Email office@germey.tech with the order number, account email, payment date, subscription plan name, and reason for the request. We normally respond within three business days.
