1. Service scope
Germey Technology provides software subscriptions for metered access to language, image, video, music, and web-search models, along with documentation, onboarding, usage records, and technical support.
2. No stored value or financial services
Payments purchase service delivery only. Service access is not cash, electronic money, a prepaid payment instrument, a stored-value product, a wallet balance, a gift card, a money transmission service, a remittance service, or a currency exchange service.
3. Delivery
Services are delivered digitally. Depending on the plan, delivery may include account access instructions, access credentials, monthly model-request allowance, documentation, technical guidance, usage records, and support responses.
4. Acceptable use
Customers may not use our services for illegal activity, fraud, spam, malware, adult content, gambling, regulated financial services, lending, investment activity, cryptocurrency trading, currency exchange, remittance, stored-value operations, or user-to-user payment activity.
5. Payments
Prices are displayed before checkout or agreed in a written quotation. Online payment methods may include Stripe and PayPal where available. Invoices can be requested by contacting support.
